1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Liquid Compose website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Liquid Compose provides Shopify theme support, customisation, and design services. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Theme installation and configuration support
- Bug fixes and troubleshooting
- Design customisations
- Performance optimisation
- Ongoing retainer support
3. Theme Licence
The Pour theme is licensed for use on a single Shopify store per licence purchased through the Shopify Theme Store. The licence is subject to Shopify's standard theme licensing terms.
4. Support Scope
We support Theme Bug Fixes and will answer Merchant Questions in the cost of the Theme. Additional Services are not included in the cost of the theme. We do not offer or support custom coding tutorials. Support requests are assessed and scoped individually. We provide time estimates and cost breakdowns before work begins. All work is subject to our professional assessment of feasibility and best practice.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon before work commences. Retainer clients are billed monthly. One-off support requests are billed upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
6. Intellectual Property
All code, design, and documentation produced by Liquid Compose remains the intellectual property of Liquid Compose Ltd unless explicitly transferred in writing. Custom work delivered to clients is licensed for their use on the agreed Shopify store.
7. Limitation of Liability
Liquid Compose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or theme. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
