Heading	Text	FAQ	If blank, uses the page title.
Intro text	Rich text	<p>Find answers to common questions.</p>	Short text under the page title. Avoid headings in it so the page's heading order stays clear for screen readers.
Show help button	Toggle (on/off)	On	Adds a help band with a button at the bottom of the page. It only shows when the button has a label and a link.
Help heading	Text	Still have questions?	Heading in the help band at the bottom of the page. Blank hides it.
Help subtext	Rich text	<p>Our team is here to help.</p>	—
Button label	Text	Contact support	Blank hides the whole help band, not just the button.
Button link (default)	Text	/pages/contact	Used when button link is not set below. Update this to match your Contact page URL.
Button link	URL / Link	—	Blank uses the default link above.
Button style	Dropdown	primary	Options: primary – Primary, secondary – Secondary, link – Text link

Anchor	Text	—	Link to this topic with #anchor, for example /pages/faq#delivery. Blank uses the heading.

Answer	Rich text	<p>Answer</p>	Avoid headings in the answer. The question is already a heading, and extra headings confuse screen reader navigation.

Advanced

Anchor ID (optional)	Text	—	Lets you link straight to this question, for example /pages/faq#shipping-times. Spaces and capitals become hyphens and lowercase. Blank means no direct link.
